Terms of use

You must be 18 or older. By starting a chat you confirm that you are.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or bully anyone, or share hateful content.
• Share sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content.
• Spam, advertise, scam, or ask people for money or personal details.
• Pretend to be Kotha staff or someone else.
• Use bots or scripts, or try to disrupt the service.

Chats are stored and may be read by moderators to keep the service safe (see the privacy policy). We can end chats, remove users and block them, with or without notice. Illegal content may be reported to the authorities.

Kotha has a limited number of seats. When they're full you wait in line. Seats left inactive while others wait may be given to the next person in line.

Kotha is provided as is. You chat with strangers at your own risk: never share passwords, bank details or your address, and don't meet anyone you don't trust. We aren't responsible for what other users say or do.
